ABOUT

I’ve seen enough websites in my 20 years online to know that we need to have an About Us page. Not that I’ve read anyone’s About Us page, so I can’t think why you would be reading ours… Maybe you’re doing your homework, and researching just who is behind this Lucid Metal business? But there’s a good chance you’re just bored and killing a bit of time at work. In any case, it’s only fair to give you a bit of info about us since you haven’t stumbled across this page entirely by accident.

Us
The ‘us’ bit can refer to yours truly, or more commonly, a team of like-minded collaborators hand-picked and assembled depending on project needs. We’ve been called a lot of things, but ‘boutique’ describes us pretty well in terms of the way we operate and the types of projects we work on.

How we work
In short, you give us the information for your project. We accept pretty much any 3d file type, 2d plans/elevations, sketches on the back of napkins etc. We wave our magic wands and turn this into a lovely still render or animation. Most projects take around a week or two (depending on the scale of the project and the type of information you give us at the outset).
